About this role
Role Overview
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Perform code analysis (ADA/ABA, building standards, life safety)
- Lead/support design reviews and technical evaluations
- Assist with cost estimating (RSMeans, E4Clicks)
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOW/SoO) and project documentation
- Support construction administration and site inspections
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited)
- Licensed Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of architecture/design/construction experience
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SpecsIntact or similar, Cost estimating tools (RSMeans, E4Clicks)
- Strong knowledge of construction documents and project delivery
- Ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1 background investigation)
