Act as the Digital Pathology product expert for assigned accounts and territories
Partner closely with field sales to advance opportunities through the sales funnel
Lead high‑value pre‑sales engagements , including customer consultations, workflow assessments, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
Support and participate in commercial negotiations
Engage directly with pathologists, laboratory directors, clinical leaders, pharma/biopharma researchers, IT teams, and healthcare administrators to align solutions to customer goals
Provide expert guidance on digital transformation, image management, AI‑enabled pathology workflows, and laboratory integration
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Management, Field Applications, Field Service Engineers, Marketing, and Implementation teams
Maintain opportunity‑level discipline
Deliver customer workshops, training sessions, and go‑live support as needed
Represent Agilent as a technical sales expert at customer meetings, professional events, and industry forums
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline
8+ years of experience in digital pathology, pathology imaging, or healthcare software/hardware sales or specialist roles
Experience with LIS, IMS, digital pathology scanners, or image‑management platforms
Strong hands‑on knowledge of pathology workflows and technologies, including H&E, IHC, microscopy, whole‑slide imaging, and AI‑enabled applications
