Design practice activities that help learners apply skills on the job
Assist with pilots, learner communications, and rollout activities
Collaborate with SMEs, facilitators, and development partners
Help define success metrics and evaluation methods
Analyze learner feedback and performance data to improve learning outcomes
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field with relevant coursework.
Coursework or hands-on experience in: Instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), Adult learning theory / andragogy, Curriculum or training development
