Set up performance measurement structure and reporting
Provide project status updates, track, and manage performance data / KPIs and outcomes with partnership dashboards
Utilize change management principles to enable and lead transformation
Lead change within project teams and establish vision and guiding principles of program with executive leadership
Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve workstreams, processes or services
Utilize understanding of market trends and GEHC innovations to inform decision making process
Influence peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers
Lead others to find creative solutions within complex processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Healthcare, with project management, Long-Term Partnership projects, Operational and/or Service leadership experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in radiology, with familiarity in leading radiology operations and radiology program development
Solid business, operational and financial acumen, with strong analytical skills, including capital and operational planning in a Healthcare setting
Proven record in developing strong customer relationships
acting as a trusted advisor
with excellent networking, facilitation, negotiation skills and commercial mindset
Experienced in communication with all levels of internal and external customer organizations, including senior executives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate and present complex business issues in a clear and concise manner
Experience with managing resources or horizontal leadership, conflict resolution, risk management, problem solving, and related project management tools and techniques.
