Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

• Lead large-scale customer deep dives in areas such as cancellations and quality
• Guide programs through each phase, from scope definition to decision-maker alignment
• Build and maintain organized Airtable bases across multiple planning teams
• Translate data insights into business recommendations and pain points
• Manage the full lifecycle of programs including stakeholder relationships and risk management

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management
• Strong Airtable expertise
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace, including Docs and Slides
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Solid foundation in data literacy and fluency
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree
