About this role
Role Overview
- Map technology processes and flows (infrastructure, systems, data, and integrations)
- Define, test, and validate controls in technology environments (ITGCs)
- Oversee penetration testing (Pentest) execution, verifying that the scope covers networks, infrastructure, and web/mobile applications
- Assess controls related to: access management (IAM), change management, operations and deployment, data and integrations (APIs)
- Validate adherence to information security policies and standards
- Support technology risk management
- Monitor remediation plans in coordination with the Technology area
- Compile evidence and audit trails
- Support internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Participate in evaluation of new products (e.g., AI, DLT, APIs) from a controls perspective
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of system architecture, cloud, and integrations
- Understanding of technology controls (ITGCs)
- Analytical skills and organization for documentation and evidence management
- Interest in working at the intersection of technology, risk, and governance
- Previous experience in IT audit, controls, or information security (preferred)
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred)
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and modern architecture (preferred)
- Exposure to regulated environments (preferred)
- Interest in continuous technical development (preferred)
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Certifications: CISA, CRISC (desirable)
- Knowledge of frameworks: ISO 27001, COBIT (desirable)
