About this role
Role Overview
- Propose and design the most adapted jigs and tools integration solutions in CATIA V5 for our industrial missions
- Define technical constraints surrounding the station, the aeronautical environment and macro operations to be done
- Perform mechanical dimensioning, including static and dynamic stress analysis, and modify designs accordingly
- Conduct safety risk assessments of the stations and perform thorough ergonomic analyses
- Drive external suppliers' contributions for the station design, documentation and installation while validating specifications for industrial integration
Requirements
- Significant professional experience in jigs and tools integration into industrial lines
- Strong technical expertise in jigs and tools related technologies
- Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively in a fast-paced environment with a strong team spirit
- Proficiency level in English
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus
