Deliver consultative eDiscovery support to clients and provide project support across multiple concurrent matters of varying complexity, scale, and geographic scope
Ensure the successful delivery of eDiscovery services, including data preservation, collection, and processing
Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting issues and developing effective solutions
Perform advanced searches across large electronic data sets to support investigations and reviews
Identify opportunities to optimise data sets and reduce data volumes
Implement and manage AI-enabled workflows to support document review and analysis
Conduct review quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Identify and apply a range of legal technology solutions to address client challenges and improve processes
Requirements
A degree in a technical discipline such as Digital Forensics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field or a legal/legal technology background with an interest in technology and data
Well‑developed analytical skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data and identify patterns or inconsistencies
A genuine interest in technology and data
High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
