Support outbound prospecting and lead generation activities across target markets
Conduct market research on industries, potential customers, and competitor activity
Assist in maintaining CRM records and keeping the sales pipeline up to date
Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business reports
Support customer outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineering
Assist in organizing webinars, events, and marketing campaigns
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the team
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the business development function

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
Genuine interest in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, cloud communications, or digital transformation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — in writing and in person
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
