Role Overview
- Source and communicate with models, production teams, and location partners.
- Manage shoots end-to-end: from pre-production to on-set execution.
- Create clear briefs for shoot participants and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare references and mood boards for upcoming shoots.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in production or shoot coordination
- Proven experience running full-cycle shoots (China-based)
- Confident English (Upper-Intermediate+) and fluent Ukrainian
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets & Docs to keep everything structured
- Sharp research skills: finding the right people, locations, and vendors fast
- Strong communicator who can align teams and keep things moving
- Proactive and hands-on — you take ownership and get things done
- Working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong visual taste with a keen eye for social media trends is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Notion and basic knowledge of Figma is a plus.
