Manage multiple medium to large projects, or programs of work, at a time
Lead the execution and completion of all consulting services for customers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet customer expectations
Maintain communication amongst account team and project team members, lead project review meetings
Translate project scope and vision into clear goals for the team
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and project control tools using standard PM and PSA software
Comply with internal reporting standards and practices
Perform project plan analysis and evaluate risk and develop risk mitigation plans
Support sales and business development by writing and/or reviewing proposals, writing scopes of work, developing delivery estimates and resource requirements for solution
Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels

6-10 years experience as a project manager, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
PMP / PMI qualified or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve project objectives and deliver projects that ultimately go into production within cost/schedule constraints
Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team of technical experts, sales, subject matter experts, and other project managers
An ability to review and write scopes of work, project-related documentation, and develop and present presentations
You demonstrate coaching and leadership skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
