About this role
Role Overview
- responsibility for the overall management of the production process in the subordinate department
- responsibility for the timely implementation of the production plan
- ensuring adequate production efficiency and quality in the subordinate department
- organising and improving production processes in order to improve efficiency, productivity and quality
- close cooperation with other departments of the company in the scope of the tasks performed (including international cooperation)
- participating in meetings with customers and suppliers (mainly foreign contacts)
- reporting KPI indicators
- knowledge of and compliance with health and safety, fire safety, environmental protection and labour code regulations
Requirements
- high skills related to team building and management (approximately 3–5 years)
- higher education (technical and/or production management)
- practical knowledge of the organisation and improvement of production processes
- knowledge of English enabling fluent communication
- practical knowledge of MS Office
