and large-scale projects related to the Institutional Project Portfolio, applying project management best practices and directly contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives;
Prepare materials and documentation for project formalization and approval, in accordance with approval authority;
Develop and maintain the project plan, guiding task owners in execution and ensuring timely recording of progress;
Hold regular project team meetings to ensure project execution and to map risks and lessons learned;
Identify, discuss, document, and approve change requests that impact the project plan (scope, deliverables, schedule, and costs);
Monitor and control all project phases, and record project progress to provide transparency in monitoring activities, in accordance with the corporate schedule, for project monitoring and strategy meetings;
Report to clients, sponsors, management, and PMO coordination whenever there are impacts on the project plan.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration; Computer Science; Information Systems; Engineering; Health; Education; or related fields.
Specialization in Project Management, Process Management, Agile Management, Business Management, or certifications in related areas is desirable.
