Role Overview
- Ensuring seamless security and delivery by managing technical lifecycles
- Designing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer configurations
- Analyzing traffic and system architecture, and customizing security solutions
- Managing and documenting technical issues, stakeholder responses, and requests
- Collaborating with cross-functional project teams to scope, set timelines, create technical solutions, and support ongoing implementations
- Leveraging automation through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Akamai CLI) and scripting (Python, Powershell) to streamline configurations and deployments
- Leveraging a robust technical toolkit to validate, optimize, and troubleshoot workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in security technologies, processes, concepts, and formal education in computer science/engineering
- Expertise in internet fundamentals, DNS, routing, HTTP, TCP, TLS certificate lifecycle, application security, and APIs.
- Analyze web traffic, web architectures, and customize Akamai security solutions to answer customers' security issues
- Expertise in OWASP, network security products, application firewalls, server, and client-side application architecture
- Automation-first approach, utilizing Terraform, Akamai CLI, and scripting
- Focus on delivering impactful results while clearly conveying complex technical information through exceptional communication and presentation skills.
