You are the primary point of contact for all finance-related questions from the management team and our tax advisor.
You are responsible for the monthly closing and ensure that all figures are accurately and correctly posted.
You define and continuously monitor the KPIs needed to achieve our operational and strategic goals.
You establish ongoing liquidity planning and control to ensure our liquidity is optimally planned and always secured.
You are the sponsor of our financial planning and coordinate the quarterly forecast process across all business areas.
You coordinate our monthly performance reviews and scrutinize KPI developments from a finance perspective.
You build up cost controlling and create cost transparency in a fast-growing environment.
As a business partner, you interact with all areas of the company and support them with analyses to enable financially sound decision-making.
You develop new processes for the preparatory accounting and are responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing invoices are processed digitally whenever possible, posted, and paid.

Completed commercial training and/or degree with initial experience in finance and/or controlling
Strong interest in continuous improvement and optimization
Digitally savvy and comfortable working with BI tools & ERP systems, with solid Excel skills
Analytical and strategic mindset — you focus on solutions rather than problems
Decision-oriented and hands-on mentality
Strong communication and facilitation skills that enable you to build strong cross-functional relationships
Ideally, experience with Agicap, DATEV, and Google Sheets
