About this role
Role Overview
- Build and maintain a close, trust-based relationship with clients;
- Monitor the development of clients' integrations;
- Act as a consultant by understanding client pain points and proposing the best integration flow;
- Provide technical support to clients for API integrations when needed;
- Collaborate with Sales, Support and Tech teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication;
- Comfortable navigating technical topics, especially systems and APIs;
- Strong analytical mindset and critical eye to identify improvement opportunities and troubleshoot issues;
- Highly solution-oriented, focused on delivering value and a great customer experience;
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business language and vice versa.
