Push for effective AI usage across the organisation by organising training sessions, demos, playbooks, and knowledge bases
Define and track AI impact by identifying and measuring KPIs, monitoring progress, reporting on outcomes and blockers
Prototype solutions and validate opportunities hands-on by using AI tools to build early prototypes
Turn promising opportunities into scalable solutions by handing validated opportunities to an existing Product Engineering domain
Drive the Prima AI adoption journey, working closely with the Prima leaders and executives
Requirements
Experience in product management, business systems, workflow design, or a similar cross-functional role
Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity or build prototypes, automations, or lightweight internal tools
Experience using agentic AI coding tools
Ability to identify user needs, define use cases, and validate solutions quickly
Comfortable working in fast-changing environments
Good judgement around risk, data sensitivity, and organisational adoption challenges
