Procurement Specialist – Spécialiste achats

Role Overview

• Negotiate contracts with relevant suppliers of the company.
• Support the Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Project Engineer with on-time delivery of engineered equipment and materials.
• Facilitate routine project procurement calls, construct detailed meeting minutes to accurately outline topics discussed, conclusions reached and action items.
• Assisting negotiations by collecting and preparing information.
• Ensure efficiency of procurement operations.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• Additional training in procurement, inventory management, or logistics is a plus.
• At least 3 years of EPC experience as a buyer on photovoltaic projects.
• Must have strong project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel (20%–30%).

• Formation complémentaire en achats, stocks ou logistique appréciée.
• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en EPC en tant qu’acheteur dans des projets photovoltaïques.
• Solides compétences en gestion de projet.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
• Bon niveau d’anglais.
• Disponibilité pour des déplacements (20 % à 30 %).
