Advanced Wound Care Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview

• Manage a sales team focused on customer support, growth and strong relationships.
• Regional business management to deliver sustainable growth based on targets / quotas.
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Provide comprehensive coaching and support to all team members through field rides, 1:1 meeting, and team meetings.
• Manage team opportunity pipeline and critical business KPIs in Salesforce.
• Manage direct reports (sales & clinical) holding them accountable to achieve corporate annual financial and strategic goals.
• Model corporate core values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher AND 5 years combined sales and sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• High School/GED AND 9 years combined sales and sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
