Lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders.
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to define project scope.
Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and write comprehensive test scenarios.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for core functional business tools.
Continuously evaluate existing business processes and system workflows to identify bottlenecks.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems)
Three (3) years of directly related experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT project environments.
Elicitation workshops, user stories, use case development, and BRD/FRD writing.
Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
Basic SQL queries, data mapping, and system integration analysis.
Facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Technical writing, end-user training, and Tier-2/3 application support.
Figma (wireframing/mockups), user interface design principles, and user journey mapping.
AI-assisted documentation, prompt engineering for requirement generation, and automated note-taking tools.
