Events, trade shows & webinars that connect: From the initial idea to the post-event report — you plan, organize and manage our entire event-format portfolio: industry trade shows, our own customer events, webinars and community formats.
You coordinate external service providers, keep all threads together internally and ensure that every event contributes to our growth goals.
Content that lands: Website, social media, blog, brochures, pitch decks — you develop content that fits the target audience and actually resonates.
You know which format works on which channel, brief external copywriters or agencies, but also write yourself — and align everything closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product.
KPIs that matter: You set clear goals, track your activities consistently and derive decisions from the data. No activism for activism’s sake — you know what works and continuously optimize for the metrics that truly count.
Collaboration that’s fun: Sales, Customer Success and Product are your closest sparring partners. You seek early input, proactively provide context back and ensure Marketing doesn’t work in a silo but is perceived as a genuine growth driver.

2–3 years’ experience in digital B2B marketing — ideally in SaaS or tech
You have independently planned and executed events, trade shows or webinars — from concept to follow-up, including managing external service providers
You are an organizational talent: You manage multiple projects in parallel, keep deadlines under control, communicate proactively with stakeholders and don’t wait for someone else to take the first step
You think in audiences, funnels and channels — and know which lever to pull when
You know what makes content strong — and can write it yourself
German at native level and English at C1+
