Customer Success Agent, German-speaking

Role Overview

• First point of contact for B2C customers for incoming inquiries
• Ensure consistently high service quality and an empathetic customer experience
• Identify and document recurring questions and issues for continuous improvement
• Close collaboration with other teams (e.g., Operations, Sales, and Product)
• Responsible for service KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction) and ensuring they are met

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success or customer service
• Ideally experience in a technology-driven or fast-growing environment
• German at C2 level (fluent), spoken and written
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Confident use of tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace
• Ability to stay composed under high inquiry volumes and set clear priorities
