About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for the operational execution of medium-size customer projects within the Medium Voltage Switchgear business
- Ensure disciplined project execution in line with contractual requirements, internal processes, and quality standards
- Closely interface with international factories, engineering, production, logistics, and local stakeholders
- Manage project financials, risks, changes, and claims
- Lead project close-out activities, including customer acceptance and documentation completeness
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field
- Several years of hands-on experience managing or coordinating industrial customer projects
- Practical experience applying project management methodologies (e.g. IPMA, PMP, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in project execution tools, including MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, and SAP
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level in both)
