Role Overview
What You’ll Do:
- Support the account management team in daily tasks and projects.
- Assist in client relationship building and management.
- Research customer needs and recommend strategies.
- Generate and analyze reports to track program performance.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve client satisfaction.

Education & Experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
