Role Overview
- Lead and mentor product owners across four pods
- Drive end-to-end clinical data management workflows
- Translate business requirements into data and technical specifications
- Align the data management roadmap with organizational priorities
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and execute mitigation strategies
- Own data management prioritization across pods
- Ensure rigorous QA and validation processes for high-integrity data
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable workflows
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 9+ years of professional experience
- 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
- 9+ years in data management, product management, or technical product management
- Proven experience leading product owners or managing multiple complex workstreams
- Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile practices
- Strong experience translating business needs into data management requirements
- Familiarity with data ingestion, ETL, integration, and reconciliation of healthcare datasets
- Strong communication skills
- Up to 10% travel nationwide
