Join our team as a Trainee Risk and Assurance Auditor.
Assist organisations in managing their key risks and enable them to achieve their goals.
Meet with clients to discuss their processes, communicate any weaknesses in the process, and confirm they are following expectations.
Conduct audits to ensure recruitment is fair, wellbeing initiatives are meaningful, and budgets are well managed.
Shadow our auditors and assist on audits, moving into completing whole audits individually.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and multitask
Strong communication skills both internally and externally
Ability to analyse processes and procedures
this is key when conducting audits with our clients
An analytical and solutions-focused mindset – this role involves examining information in detail and actively finding ways to help clients improve processes and efficiency.
Ability to adapt to different subject specialisms and workplans
Access to a car would be necessary.

Starting salary from £22,000
