About this role
Role Overview
Conduct daily consistent outreach to prospective customers via calls, emails and social media activity
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, target and engage prospective customers and develop quality leads
Build out accounts with associated target contacts (account mapping) using ZoomInfo, SFDC and LI Sales Navigator
Build and evaluate the effectiveness of sales sequence, create and test new messages
Qualify and develop leads in conjunction with Marketing campaigns
Identify customer needs and present Interact solutions in a compelling way
Arrange quality meetings that turn into opportunities and product demos for account executives
Consistently meet daily phone call, email and social media outreach KPIs, as well as meeting qualified opportunity quota goals
Maintain consistent records in Salesforce and adhere to tracking and reporting expectations
Requirements
A demonstrable passion for a career in sales.
Proven resilience shown in previous environments (e.g., academics, sports, part-time work, or personal projects).
An intense curiosity and desire to learn, develop new skills, and be coached.
Goal-oriented and highly motivated to contribute to team targets.
Excited by a performance-based and commission-driven environment.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software, including CRM (like Salesforce) and sales outreach tools.
Strong grasp of professional communication, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with professional social media platforms like LinkedIn.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Creative, inquisitive, and willing to try new outreach methods.
A natural and persuasive communicator.
Resilient; able to handle rejection and maintain a positive, motivated attitude.
Collaborative and eager to work as part of a wider team (inbound, sales, and marketing).
Natural tenacity and a strong desire to win and succeed.
