8-10 years of equivalent experience in product, systems, or interaction design
Experience with prototyping tools like Claude Code, Figma, and Cursor
Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Firefly
Comfort prototyping in code
A history of close collaboration with design, product management, and software development
Experience solving complex design and technology problems
Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions and present concept pitches
Accessibility Design Skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces
Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design
Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS preferred
