Assist in building CRM campaigns based on briefs from CRM Strategists
Learn how to configure campaigns across tools like Retool, Bloomreach, and similar platforms
Follow step-by-step processes and documentation to ensure campaigns are set up correctly
Support campaign scheduling and delivery under guidance from senior team members
Perform basic QA checks on campaigns to ensure accuracy (targeting, timing, rewards, etc.)
Use checklists and guidelines to minimise errors before campaigns go live
Support peer reviews and learn how to spot inconsistencies or issues
Learn how CRM data works (e.g. segments, attributes, triggers)
Check that required data is available for campaigns, with support from the team
Flag any issues or inconsistencies to senior team members
Follow established workflows and best practices
Actively learn new tools, processes, and CRM concepts
Contribute ideas or ask questions to help improve ways of working
Take part in team sessions, training, and knowledge sharing
Work closely with all key Stakeholders across the Retention Department to understand campaign requirements
Communicate clearly on progress, timelines, and any blockers
Help maintain records of campaign builds and QA checks
Support the team in tracking basic performance and delivery metrics
Assist in reviewing campaigns and identifying simple improvements
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Interest in marketing, CRM, data, or digital products
Comfortable following structured processes and guidelines
Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new tools and concepts
Nice to have (but not required): Internship, coursework, or exposure to CRM, marketing, or data tools
Basic understanding of marketing campaigns or customer lifecycle
Familiarity with tools like Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce, or similar.
