Assist in end-to-end delivery of GridOS DMS implementations including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
Support the configuration of core DMS applications, including: FLISR (Fault Location, Isolation & Service Restoration), Volt/VAR Optimization (VVO), Outage Management System (OMS) integration, Load Forecasting & Switch Order Management
Support the deployment of GridOS DMS microservices on Kubernetes
Assist with cluster configuration, workload management, and monitoring
Help maintain Helm charts, deployment manifests, and container images
Execute Factory Acceptance Testing/Site Acceptance Testing
Troubleshoot application and service issues
Support CI/CD for software deployments and pipeline integration for GridOS

Bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience; relevant internships or co-ops
Basic understanding of electric distribution systems and grid fundamentals
Exposure to cloud computing concepts (AWS or similar)
Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
