Assist with long-range planning for enhancement and implementation of future business systems.
Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications.
Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as needed.
Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback.
Provide administrative support for scrum board.
Ensure cards are up to date and scrum tools are working well.
Collaborate with team members and other internal stakeholders.
Perform regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools.
Requirements
High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification.
Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR Associate’s degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification.
Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
High School/GED and Two-Year degrees require certification.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must reside within North Carolina.
Preferred: Experience in a distributed computer environment and supporting a complex integrated software package, training or experience in using e-mail, Windows and Microsoft Office.
Experience in both writing and executing SQL statements, with the ability to navigate database structures and schemas. Preferred certifications include Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD, or equivalent.
