Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience designing and implementing agentic AI systems for coordinated workflow automation OR Master’s Degree and 5+ years of experience OR 3+ years and PhD
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
Experience with AI / ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience architecting and deploying generative AI platforms for enterprise operations
Proven history of designing and engineering AI solutions that coordinate across multiple digital services and tools
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
Experience developing secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs for AI and enterprise system integration
Familiarity with integrating AI solutions with facility management platforms (e.g., CMMS, BMS, IoT devices)
Background in building digital platforms with strong front-end development and user experience (UX) focus (e.g., Streamlit)
Exposure to advanced analytics, data modeling, and cloud platforms (e.g., SQL, Azure, Snowflake)
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning
