Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program.
3+ years of experience as a paralegal, including at least 1 year in removal defense.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a legal team.
In-depth understanding of immigration law and procedures related to removal defense.
Strong organizational and case management skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools.
