About this role
Role Overview
Support the end to end delivery of high priority, complex Global Markets initiatives
Engage and partner with initiative stakeholders across Global Markets business leaders
Coordinate initiative routines to keep stakeholders informed on Global Markets initiatives
Identify, track and resolve issues, risks and action items related to Global Markets initiatives
Develop and coordinate key project deliverables, including defining project scope and success metrics
Manage and execute multiple, competing priorities to meet deadlines while ensuring adherence to enterprise policies and procedures
Strategize, collaborate and assist Global Markets Trading desk and other business leaders with defining the future book of work
Requirements
Previous Project Management or equivalent experience working on large scale and complex business initiatives
Experience successfully delivering complex initiatives
An understanding of Global Markets products and supporting technology
Knowledge of processes, procedures and policies that govern change and technology at Bank of America
Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or technical information
Professional approach that is clear, well thought out and with appropriate attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities with limited supervision
Excellent proficiency using Microsoft office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Ability to leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance personal productivity and project delivery
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
