Role Overview
- Responsible to define, develop and implement global business processes and digital solutions within SCM Logistics in strong collaboration with Divisional Logistics and IT
- Business Product ownership of solution(s) ensuring continuous improvement
- Leading cross-functional international teams to develop and implement global digital solutions across regions
- Support management & communication activities related to owned digital solutions
- Define, develop, and implement new digital solutions within SCM Logistics
- Document process changes
- Conduct trainings for users on owned digital solutions
- Support change management and communication
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the SCM field (automotive industry as advantage)
- Project management incl. Scrum
- Profound expertise in SCM / Logistics
- Analytical skills
- High interest in new technologies & digitalization
- Change management core concepts
- University degree (desirable Logistics or IT)
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
