Role Overview
- Develop ATE test program for products for networking switches
- Responsible for driving hardware development including final test and probe
- Debug and bring up test hardware on ATE
- Drive test time reduction and optimize test program for better yield
- Work closely with Product Engineers and Design Engineers
- Communicate with the production team (Asia) to release test programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of related experience, or
- Master's Degree in Engineering and 6+ years of related experience
- Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex tester platforms
- Ability to independently develop test programs, including complex test flows
- Support debugging/troubleshooting of various failure mechanisms
- Perform volume data analysis
- Proficiency with Data analysis softwares/languages
- Programming experience for test method development
- Experienced with extreme temperature testing of ASICs at ATE
- Experience with AI tools for quick script development is a plus
