Manager, SubContracts

Role Overview

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal L3Harris stakeholders to understand business needs and align subcontract and procurement support with organizational objectives.
• Lead, develop, and manage a large team of subcontracts managers and procurement professionals to ensure effective execution and achievement of business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of program management experience required;
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of program management experience required.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements required.
• Graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years of program management experience preferred.
• Government buying experience.
• Experience issuing supplier contracts in support of direct programs above the TINA threshold with minimal guidance.
• Experience leading remote teams in support of program management activities.
