Conduct physical customer site audits, investigate holding discrepancies, assist with periodic stock counts, and perform site hazard assessments for safe entry.
Manage master data product codes to ensure consistency across sales and supply chain, and generate consolidation reports to track cylinder rotation and idle assets.
Oversee system availability, register and label new cylinders, handle user training, and collaborate with IT/Customer Service to troubleshoot and test system updates.
Implement Group improvement programs related to tracking systems and delivery process efficiency.
Update maintenance reports to schedule retesting, coordinate physical testing results with production, and work with suppliers to secure inspection certificates and permits.
Raise Capex requests and manage the procurement flow to buy new or used cylinders, while driving cost-saving efficiency projects to improve asset utilization.
Enforce company safety standards (including Life Saving Rules), contribute to safety catch/Near Miss reports, and lead root-cause investigations (RCA) to ensure action closure.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience; candidates with an industrial gas background are highly preferred.
Strong background in inventory management, with experience in the industrial gas industry is added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
