Executive Director – Philanthropy

Role Overview

• Advance fundraising priorities and strategies within a collaborative model
• Manage a portfolio of 30-50 donors and prospects
• Work with Market/VP to implement annual fundraising strategies
• Prepare contact reports from prospect/donor visits
• Engage Prospect Development team and coordinate outreach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in philanthropy
• Proven track record of building donor relationships
• Flawless discretion in dealing with sensitive information
• Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the system
