Role Overview
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs' C.H.A.R.M service model
- Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year
- Lead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales, customer service, and product engagement
- Own and lead all daily retail operations
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 4+ years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior Store Manager experience
- Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
