Technical leadership and architecture oversight
Delivery governance and operational leadership
5+ years leading offshore delivery organizations or large distributed teams
Proven track record of owning delivery across multiple engagements
Deep Salesforce expertise including Apex, LWC, Flow, data architecture and security, multi-cloud implementations, integration frameworks (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, etc.)
