About this role

Develop, produce, and maintain monitoring reports and dashboards
Analyze these to monitor various performance indicators and identify emerging trends
Propose and implement continuous improvements to existing tools and reports
Update and generate reports and distribute them to managers and stakeholders on a recurring basis
Support the actuarial team in extracting, manipulating, and enhancing data for the team's analyses
Participate in or lead analyses at the business analytics level

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, business administration, or another relevant field
5 years of experience in similar roles
Strong knowledge of database and programming languages (R, SQL)
Experience with omnichannel call centers considered an asset
Experience in the property and casualty insurance sector considered an asset
