Lead and support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Tech stack deployment at client
Responsible for driving the design and delivery of a streamlined Talent Acquisition software landscape
Minimize swivel chair experience for recruiters
Manage project budgets, track CapEx/OpEx allocations
Support teammates with expense reporting guidance
Collaborate with business leads, IT product owners, and external partners
Maintain project documentation (SharePoint, JIRA)
Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit readiness

8+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably within HCM systems or ERP implementations
Solid understanding of HR and recruiting principles, as well as enterprise integration platforms
Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, Workday
Experience with AI, Phenom or Paradox preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations effectively
Product experience a plus
PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
