Lead program execution and contract management for Phantom Works projects at the Tukwila and Kent sites
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
Lead the site team in identifying and resolving emergent issues, removing roadblocks, and ensuring effective program execution
Develop, maintain, and assess program deliverables, cost and schedule baselines in accordance with established Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
Manage site capital requests and budget planning activities in coordination with site executive leadership
Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering collaboration and effective communication with internal and external U.S. Government customers
Coordinate with multiple portfolios and stakeholders across the Tukwila and Kent sites and throughout the Boeing enterprise.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, program management, or a related technical discipline
Minimum 10 years of aerospace or defense industry related experience
Minimum 5 years of experience managing development programs or projects, preferably in aerospace or defense
Demonstrated success engaging with government personnel on program execution and management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing direct reports
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
