About this role

Serve as the primary product expert for the Omnis Family and Agilent’s advanced staining platforms
Drive high-energy product-focused presales execution
Partner closely with District Sales Managers and Account Managers
Deliver impactful product demonstrations
Provide hands-on technical support during customer evaluations
Support installed base growth by guiding optimal product utilization
Maintain disciplined pipeline and activity documentation in CRM
Represent Agilent at industry conferences

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a Histology/Pathology-related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in anatomic pathology, including IHC, special stains, workflow optimization, or instrumentation
Strong technical aptitude
Familiarity with Agilent Omnis instruments preferred; solid experience with competitive automated IHC/staining platforms is also acceptable
Deep understanding of pathology lab operations
Proven ability to support complex capital sales cycles
Experience supporting product evaluations, validation studies, and customer decision-making processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
