Role Overview
- Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of various projects within your department.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve processes.
- Product Development: Contribute to the development and testing of new products or services.
- Stakeholders Engagement Client Interaction : Engage with clients and internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Technical Skills: Process Simulation and Modeling
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer
- Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
- Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Software Proficiency
- Control Systems and Automation
- Preferred Qualifications: Internship experience in a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma
- CAD (Solidwork/ Creo Modeling)
- PLC
- Experience with: Minitab/JMP
- Rockwell Automation
- FactoryTalk
- SQL
