Own and lead real estate delivery across EMEA/APAC
Serve as the single point of accountability for regional execution performance
Drive standardization, governance, and best-practice sharing across RE delivery teams
Execute real estate transactions including leases, renewals, expansions, exits, consolidations, and dispositions
Oversee lease administration and documentation, ensuring compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements
Oversee project execution across the region, ensuring adherence to approved scope, cost, schedule, and quality standards
Deliver strategic space planning, workplace, and site initiatives

12+ years of experience in corporate real estate delivery
Experience leading EMEA and/or APAC regional portfolios
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Proven ability to lead through influence in a global, matrixed organization
Background in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries
Experience with workplace strategy, site consolidation, or portfolio optimization initiatives
