Lead the design and delivery of instrumentation, control, and communication systems across complex industrial projects
Act as a trusted I&C technical specialist, advising on system architecture, integration, and best practice
Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and process teams to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary solutions
Mentor and develop less experienced engineers, building team capability and technical excellence
Oversee project delivery, managing schedule, budget, quality, and risk
Build strong client relationships and contribute to winning and growing project opportunities

Relevant engineering qualifications in Electrical Engineering RPEQ (Electrical) or ITEE equivalent
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on instrumentation
A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
