Work with a team of technical experts to deliver remediation services to our clients in the Federal market
Perform a variety of functions and serve as a Deputy Program and Client Manager for the USACE Huntsville Center
Manage/perform CWM removal under a FFP or CPFF contract for USACE
Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for the identification and removal of CWM and/or traditional munitions
Prepare CWM workplans and schedules, manage budgets and quality, and lead field teams during removal actions in the field
Requirements
BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology and or an earth science-related field
10+ years’ experience, including 2 years of leadership, as a Project Manager of federal projects and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and /or education
Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required
Thorough knowledge of USACE EP 75-1-3 and been involved with the development and implementation of a DDESB-approved Chemical Safety Submission (CSS) to conduct CWM removal actions
5+ years’ experience managing CWM task order work for USACE Huntsville Center strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget
Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls
Organizational management skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work
Experienced on MMR programs, including CWM and advanced geophysical classification
Experience managing CWM projects for the USACE Huntsville Center and/or Redstone Arsenal
Demonstrated proposal-writing skills, Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals.
Demonstrated ability to market and win work successfully and effectively
Advanced knowledge of DoD and USACE MMR focusing on CWM requirements and processes
