Role Overview
- Support the accounting of invoices from Brazil in SAP
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing supplier accounts
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain and update records related to invoice processing
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support data validation and ensure accuracy of financial information
- Assist in documenting processes and improving workflow efficiency
- Participate in team activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Active student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Intermediate English level (reading and basic communication)
- Advanced Excel skills (data management, formulas, basic analysis)
- Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
